As an Assistant Relationship Manager you will be will be required to support the Relationship Managers in identifying new leads for business opportunities as well as cross selling within the existing client base.
In this role you will be responsible for answering inbound enquiries, assisting with the external marketing activities and managing pre and post settlement requirements including; credit checks, residential loan agreements, confirming that the valuation meets credit requirements and preparing credit submissions whilst ensuring that the approval conditions of the residential loans are met therefore contributing to the efficient settlement of each deal.
With previous experience in a finance background you will need to possess the ability to establish priorities and proceed with objectives without supervision.
In this role you will be responsible for liaising with Accountants, Solicitors or 3rd parties suppliers on a day to day basis and you will be in constant communication with External Consultants therefore you need to have proven ability to communicate with the broader business.
