The job opportunity
Your role as a business development manager will focus on seeking out new employer clients in the medium to large enterprise segment. Our product has a great value proposition, and it is a customisable solution which will require in-depth knowledge and the ability to advise clients.
Top-line growth is your main objective. A great delivery team will support you along the way, and a great IT development team will be creating new enhancements along the way.

- 5-10 years of proven success of sales into HR and business leaders
- Extensive knowledge of the large enterprise segment (an existing employer network is a plus)
