Full time, Mid level Accountant with extensive knowledge on the XERO system.
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant all-rounder on a permanent or fixed term basis to be responsible for maintaining the complete books and records. You must be a highly motivated individual, able to work independently, with previous experience in bookkeeping or an accounting support role.
- Accounts Payable: Coding and data entry of supplier invoices, payment, and reconciliation.
- Process expense claims, credit cards, and bank reconciliation.
- Knowledge and complete understanding of the XERO system.
- Accounts Receivable: Data entry of customer receipts, a collection of past due to invoices, reconciliation and effective communication with customers to resolve issues.
- Consolidation reporting.
- Preparation of BAS, payroll taxes, super and other year-end requirements.
- Preparation and analysis of monthly management reports.
- Administrative duties associated with the accounting role.
- Other ad-hoc month-end duties.
