We are on the hunt for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team! Your role will be to help our Business Development team bring roles in the door and sign clients up to the Platform. In order to do so, you'll be tasked with strategizing with our Business Development to target organizations that you will be calling on personally. This means a high volume of outboud calls and emails, in addition to collaborating with our marketing team to ensure that our social media outreach is effectively targeting the companies on your radar. You'll also be setting meetings, booking appointments, and interacting with our clients on the behalf of the Business Development team so attention to detail, effective communication, and a customer service focus are must haves.

Sales experience in recruitment, technology, hr software, or SaaS is preferred but not required. If you're a self-starter with a 'startup' mentality and someone who strives for excellence, this is where you belong.
